there are a number of sensor safe carb and TB cleaners, just spray that into the header pipe.

Propane torch works just fine, have done this several times with no problems. The tip came from my cousin, certified tech.

Did you try any off these and did it work? I buddies 5.0 has had rad fluid leaking past the EGR plate and I am sure the stumble, mild shake and bad mpgs are due to the O2's being fragged. Will the torch clean method work for coolant damaged O2's?

it runs awsome.. but i changed a few things at the same time... JBA Headers, 02's , Bosch platinum 4' s (those are sweet!) Ford Racing 9mm wires, and new cap and rotor.. ..
It screams now... and the throttle response is instantaneous.. used to be kinda doggy.. i am very happy.. she makes my 245's turn to smoke like nothing now
i just took it to the shop last night to get my X pipe installed i cant wait to hear how that sounds..
running it with open headers was pretty kewl.. really turned some heads.. but killed the ears...

i cant wait to pick it up tonight

If you kept your old h-pipe you can fix those o2 sensor ports, and probly sell them, 02 sensors use the standard 5/8 spark plug thread, witch means you can heli-coil them
