ODBII code, any clue how to fix?

I went to AutoZone today to pick up some wiper blades, and I also decided to have them check the codes on my Mustang, because the check engine light has been on for awhile. This is the output from their computers:

TROUBLECODE OBDII (ALPHA) P CODE

TROUBLESHOOTING P0441
THE PCM HAS DETERMINED THAT THE PURGE FLOW IN THE EVAPORATIVE EMISSION CONTROL SYSTEM IS INCORRECT FOR THE CURRENT ENGINE OPERATING CONDITIONS.

Okay, my question is, what the heck does this mean, and how can I fix this, if I even need to.

I am not totally sure, but i think that means that the evap canister is saturated with fuel vapors. This is most often due to filling the gas tank too far past where the pump automatically kicks off all the time. But i don't know exactly what to do about it. If it is saturated, i believe you have no choice except replacing it.

how difficult is that to fix?

not really sure, i have never had to do it. but i believe all you have to do is disconnect two fuel lines and unbolt it. But of course it will be more difficult cause everything is when working on a car. you may check in a haynes manual. I can do that tonight but i don't know what it will tell me
