Duraspark II power question....

Anyone that is familiar with a duraspark II igition, the red power wire..i know it needs to go to a hot is start or run spot..so would i be able to run it to the batt/+ part of the coil??

I wouldn't. Id to run it to another wire.

Your red wire needs to be connected to an ignition source that is hot during crank and on positions.

i've seen that...

that's why i asked if i could just hook it up to the coil wire...

As long as it is hooked up before the resister wire
