Default rear end lube

greetings, quick question, i posted a message about this before but i just have a quick question. i was looking for synthetic gear lube, and i found some, its 75 - 90. is that what i want? my father has 80-90 mystik regulaur gear lube too. will that work? what should i look for when buying synthetic lube? or is it pretty much universal. and how much fluid is needed when u fully drain the diff. to fill it? thanks.

I believe your fine with 75W90 weight. Straight 90 weight will work too but DON'T forget the friction modifier additive.

75W90 will work fine, and it will take about 2.5 bottles to fill the rear axle.
