Cool

fluidyne makes some good rads. be sure it has 16 fins per inch, and 2, 1" thick rows if you buy an aluminum rad. i prefer copper/brass rads my self 3 rows thick. run a good electric fan that pulls a minimum of 2700 cfm, and get a good water pump from a place like stewart components or brass works.

Thumbs up Cooling issues

I had a problem too, but I installed a bigger radiator (3 row), a quality waterpump from a local parts store (lifetime warranty!!) and a Proform electric fan that flows 2700 cfm...did the trick.

Being Blown, do yourself a favor before throwing money at it. Do a leak down test to check for blown head gasket.

I personally will not by a thing from Be Cool again. Their water pump actually made my turbo LX run hotter. Plus it was the same pump you can get from Kragens with a plate rivited to the impeller.

i have a fluisyne rad, 160 thermostat, and a flex fan, in traffic with the ac on i stay at 160, the ford racing three core works just as good, it made me 10 degrees higher, i just liked the fluidyne look
