Im not sure which Stang I should buy. Im going to buy a new age Stang 94 and up, but not sure whether I should buy a 5.0L or 4.6L. What do you guys think?
well the 4.6 seems to run smoother and a stock 99 and up can definitely beat a 94-95 stang, the 96-98 arent that bad really, but if i had to do it over again, i love my car, but id got a 94-95 5.0 that was in good condition and cost less therefore i could spend more money on mods and the 5.0 seem to be easier to work on, 96 and newer seem way too technical beyond normal things, but i do like mine, personally i wish i spent the same amount and got a 94-95 cobra with a bit more horses at start and cheaply modded it, damn loans!! but it will be harder to find a 94-95 with little or less miles then my 98 had on it, but i am sure with enough ahrd work and willing to travel u can find one, just my .02

The 5.0 will go a lot further without having to be rebuilt.

If you have the money the '03 Cobra is the way to go. Personally, I would get a '95 Cobra and slap on a Kenne Bell and blow away those F bodys. I wish I had done that in the first place.

My thoughts exactly. Buy what you can afford, and get the body style you need. Either way your going to have a nice engine to mod. (Out of the 5.0 or 4.6)
