Horn doesnt work Help!!

i have a 1990 ford mustang 2.3l lx and the horn doesnt work. i xchecked the wiring it all seems to check out but with no power going to or from the buttons on the steering wheel. the fuse is good and i cant find the relay so i dont know if it is good...all wires connect to the horns in the engine compartment but no sound...any ideas?????

start up front....try putting power directly to the horns

i can do that???? hmmmm of the two conectors i have avail on the horns which one do i do groud to??

there should be one tab on it....run a wire from the positive bat terminal to it...the horn is already grounded

horn works now..just had to jump start the horn relay....
