Im looking for the placement of my ecu for my 87 mustang 2.3 manual trans. For some reason my TPS is putting out 4.6 volts, when on another it only puts out .44, needless to say it won't stay running because its dumping so much fuel, so in case i need to replace my ecu, i just need to know where it is, because i followed the wiring harness, but the brake booster is in the way, so i can't follow them all the way. Help would be greatly appreciated.

The harness you followed to the brake boster is the chassis wiring harness, not the ECM harness. The ECM harness goes through the firewall and into the passenger compartment on the other side of the firewall.

The ECM is located behind the trim panel/cover on the front passenger-side "kick" panel (section by your feet that you might "kick").
