I'm trying to find the cheapest place to get all my parts for a gear change in my rear end and fast! I'm going to order this stuff like today or tomorrow. I want 3.73's and the speedo gear and necessary parts for the re-build...preferably FMS gears or Richmond(open for suggestions though).

FMS gears are the only way to go. They install much easier and run quieter.

My first choice would be go with a new set,but if you really want to go cheap, try a wrecking yard and buy a used set. 4X4 Rangers came with 3:73's and 4:10's Now I know that there is a risk involved because you really don't know if they howl or not, and that is the bad part. But I bet you for $50.00 should be a bargin for a used set.
