The last few days it's been extremly cold out here, much colder than normal, yesterday we dipped below 0 overnight, and was a steady 5 degrees all day. I went to go start my car, the starter would go, and keep going, plenty of juice in the battery, but the engine wouldn't turn over and start up. I called a friend, who thought perhaps it was anti-freeze (since I haven't put any in after I bought the car a year ago september) the radiator tank (near the fan) has blue fluid in it, but it seems to be frozen solid?

Thoughts? Suggestions?

Scratch that. Dealership didn't put a new battery in the car when they sold it to me............

You have a frozen engine, you probably had too little antifreeze in the coolant system.
Most likely some part of it could get damaged by the expanding frozen water. Flush the radiator and engine with HOT water, do this by removing the upper and lower hoses and thermostat.
