I need to know why it idles so high, the timing is right on, and the throttle body adjuster is all the way down,i can't figure out what it is, im assuming its vacuum related, but im hoping its not, if so, how do i find a vacuum leak?

I would look at the idle air control valve it may possibly be stuck open .What kind of car is it ? That way I can move this to the right tech forum
