I bought a Saleen kit as well. I got the urethane for $690.
(It sucks-$418 in prep, I should have bought the Stalker kit)
We are having the same trouble with the skirts as well as needing to fabricating bracets to really hold bumpers on tight. Anyhow, the skirt appears to go over the door sill, and screw into the rear wheel well. I don't know for sure though. I'll be watching this post for better info...

That is exactly how they mount, screws in the wheelwells and srews or rivets in the door sills. That's how my body guy did mine. And yes, just because they are "real Saleen" parts, doesn't make them good. The were a huge pain in the a$$ and it cost me in labor to get them right.

I'm wondering how you have 4 pcs, I thought mine were all one peice (one per side). It sounds like you bought aftermarket or GT parts.

Default side skirts

i dont know i never had trouble putting mine in , the bottom of the side skirts go in the holes that the original side skirts went in , on the front and back screw in the sides , and for the door pieces use some 3m double stick tape, that should work, thats what I did
