How much would it cost to swap in a 4.6L engine into a 1999 3.8L?

yeah i wanted to know how much would it cost me to swap in a 4.6L engine into by 3.8l. I'm looking for the easier swap. b/w 4.6L or 5.0.

Can I swap the engine without replaceing the trans? I was told that 1999 4.6L would fit in without any work done to the trans.

I'm aware of the computer,and front suspension upgrades.

Not sure what else is needed, but pretty sure a new rearend is needed.
