Plenty of people recommend changing all major oils to syntheic, but where can I pick up syntheic gear and tranny oil? The motor oil is everywhere so thats not a problem.........anyone have a place where I can pick these items up at?

and another thing what type and grade if any should I buy with a T-45 tranny?

Joe, I use Mobil 1 Synthetic 10w30 in my engine and I usually end up buying it at one of the Mobil stations since its so convenienant. You can try your local automotive supply stores and performance shops for the brand you prefer. If they don't carry it, I am sure you will be able to order it online thru Jeggs, Summit or one of the other performance suppliers.

Do a search on our forums using the word "synthetic". You will find some interesting threads to read, as well as recommendations and advise.

wal mart has a great selection oils thats where i get it i use pennzoils 10/30 syn.
