Idling high but remove spout connector it idles correct ?

my car is idling high(1500-2000rpm)...but when the spout connector is removed it idles correctly. what is causing this?fix?

Well glad you found it. There is probably some logistics behind that. Of what, im not entirely sure. My guess would have to be the TPS would tell how to advance the timing via spout connector and with the connector removed, it cant change the timing due to incorrect TPS.
