Default Resurfacing Trick Flow Heads - How many times?

I'm having my Stage II CNC ported Trick Flow heads resurfaced for a second time due to blowing head gaskets.

I'm not too familiar with what goes on when a head is resurfaced. Will resurfacing an aluminum head actually weaken the head? I have a Vortech SQ-Trim and i'm concerned about how strong the head will be under boost & stress.

I've been told that if i again blow head gaskets and the heads will again need resurfacing, i'm better off just getting new heads.

ok, they do exactly what it sounds like, they grind away a few thousandths of an inch of material off the deck of your head each time it is surfaced. So yes, it will eventually affect your compression ratio. you may want to look into getting a different piston with an even lower compression ratio if you must have this done again.
