Does it make a difference which brand I get for gears like FMS? I want to drop in 373...what brand do you guys like and where can i get em?

FMS and only FMS... thats what I have heard almost consistantly over the years. And thats what I stuck to for both of my stangs.

I'm with Scott on this. I have installed 3 sets of FMS gears and have had no problems getting them to mesh right the first time.

I got a 8.8 rear right? Its a 95GT 5 spd.

Yes you have an 8.8, and definately get the FMS gears only.
