Default Euro lighting

Anyone have good or bad regarding Euro tail lights on late mode stangs? and if so which style.

I've seen very very few that I would not consider ricer trash. I've seen a black fox body with carbon fiber tail lights that looked good. But on the 94+ stangs, I'd definitely say no altezzas. Smoked ones look nice on darker colored stangs, but definitely no altezzas.

This is a question that i have been pondering for some time now. I will admit, i agree that the chromed out, clear altezza tail lights look GAWD aweful on damn near any car you put them on, but I have to admit, if you match a decent set of black designer tail lights on a black car, they dont look half bad! :thumbup

take these for example:

ebay auction

ebay auction

and once again...

the black carbon fibor tail lights paired onto a black car would look kind nice IMO. what does everyone else think?

I think carbon fiber euro lights look nice on BLACK mustangs. NO OTHER KIND, NO OTHER COLOR. After that it is just shitty!

This "euro" thing cracks me up. When the USAF moved us to England, we were required to have amber turn signal in the back. Our Ford Explorer had all read taillights and we had to have it converted to the European spec. They rewired the reverse lights to be the signal lights and put amber bulbs. So it cracks me up how these riced out taillights are called "euro" lights.

i think it looks horrible....Hey while youre at it, put a GIGANTIC 3 wing spoiler in the back (ricers do this as well as the euros, adds 15 horses) and slap stickers everywhere. and go to advance auto parts and get exhaust tip and just slap it on the stock exhaust (adds another 20-30 horses depends on RPM range.) stickers add about 3-4 HP and 1-2 MPG. and dont forget the ever popular body kits that make the mustang look like an import with goofy uneven lines all over the place. those are AWESOME....

If it was me, I would leave the euros (and all the other things i mentioned above) off the car. the taillights look fine. OR at the most get a different style of mustang lights. dont make a domestic look like an import. cheers to american muscle

EWWWWW!!!!! I once...cough...had euro taillights...cough. I have a black 99 Mustang so I decided on some black euros. Well it looked cool at first, until the sun bleached all the color out of them and turned them goldish. I really felt like everyone was making fun of me whenever I drove. So I bought some stock taillights and I LOVE THEM SO MUCH!!! I will NEVER try euros again. EVER!!!
