I got oil on the fifth spark plug whats the easiest fix? NEW motor?

Depends, it could be a valveseal or maybe a ring, valveseal is not problem.

First have the compression checked.

A new motors is the easiest and most of the time the less expensive option, rebuilds can cost a fortune unless you do it.
Another option is a USED low mile engine.

With used though, no matter the mileage, you have no idea how it's been driven.

Just keep that in mind.
