Default Hydraulic clutch kit

Does anyone know if anyone makes this or has fabricated one for their late model Mustang?
Thanks... :thumbup

Tilton Engineering

I have one from Tilton for a T-5 I would be interested in parting with. Let me know?

How does it perform? What are the positives/negatives? Why are you getting rid of it?

Thanks,
Aaron

I have not used it in my Mustang.

I had one in a 62 Falcon with a T10 that would pull the front runners about 1/2" off the ground. It had a pretty stiff pressure plate, I have lost about 30% use in my left leg, the Tilton throw-out bearing allowed me to adjust for a softer pedal. (Through different master cyl./pedal ratios) It was much cleaner than all the linkage too!

I can't use the bearing in my 91. I installed a Viper T56 6 speed and it will not fit. I will have to figure out something else for it.

PM me if you need more info

What series is the throw out bearing? 600? I would love to get one since I have a high proformance clutch in the car and it is stiff!!! Also, what can I use to adjust the travel before the clutch disengages (with or with out this)? The wife is too short to get the clutch to disengage at its current travel?

Thanks,
Russell

My next Mustang would be a standard transmission if a hydraulic clutch was available.
