ive got a 95 gt should i spend the money for a short shifter.my gts got a new stronger and quick engaging clutch, K&N air filter and flowmasters. also im eventully going to put in 3.55 gears.
Yes they are worth every penny. I wish my shifter would have been my first mod. Most aftermarket shifters feature adjustable stops so you don't overshift the transmission and screw it up. My Pro 5.0 is awsome it make a tink sound when I shift and I never miss a gear.

yes, by all means, buy an aftermarket shifter! VERY EASY INSTALL. i reccomend the pro 5.0 shifter also. the other highly used company would be the steeda tri-ax. you cant go wrong with either one and you'll never miss a shift.

OMg i loved mine i have a 96 v6 mustang and with nothing elce at all i droped .4 of a second i was extreamly happy with it to bad i have bills and had to sell it but i will be getting another one as soon as money opens up.
