Tech Article Suggestion

One article and area that I am intrested in is the ignition. There are so many questions that I have about upgrading it that I think a article would be great.

If anyone sees this and decides to tackle it, here are some points that would help me and others out within the article.

1: When the upgrade makes the most sence.
2: What to look for.
3: Definations of specs (ie: What this does and why it helps)
4: Parts recommended (Basic and All Out upgrade)
5: Suggested Manufactors

I hope someone takes this suggestion and really runs with it!

Thanks
Russell

I checked out the article, it is good, but not what I was looking for. I was wanting to know, when I decide to step up to an MSD system (or brand x) what I need and why I would need it. Do I need a coil, distruibutor, and ignition box? And how will that affect/interact with the EEC?
