sorry , but there never was a 4.9 liter v8 in a 94 mustang . If it's a gt , then it would be a 5.0 . It could be possible that someone put in a 4.6 , but not a 4.9 .

So you want more HP ?? I would start with a set of gears. They wont give you hp but they will make you a lot quicker off the line. They are the best mod for the money and will make your car really fun to drive !

For hp, I would start with a hight flow upper and lower intake manifold and some new heads. Maybe GT40 or trickflow ? A 65 or 70mm throttle body and a new exhaust system. That will get you moving.
