My 91 stang lx 4cyl is making alot of squeacky noises while going over bumps and when I turn the wheel it sounds like a door that has not been oiled in 50 years( that old horror house creak.) Any ideas on what it could be? Also the stearing wheel does not return on it's own I have to manualy do it. Any help would be great.

sounds like it could be your steering rack, or your suspension (ball joints, tie rods, etc.).. check your power steering fluid and see if you see any leaks on the rack or anywhere underneath when someone turns the wheel
