i live in florida, we don't do smog testing so let me ask u this if i get an O/R x-pipe will anything happen, what i mean is can i get a ticket or something for not having cats, will the dealer cry about me not having cats ? on a side note, anyone ever heard the slp xpipe with slp loudmouth ?

hi, I live in ohio, i never had a problem with no cats, but i'm sure your can get a ticket for not having them. I think it up to the cop.... IF your not leasing it the dealer should not cry about it, mind had not cats and the dealer never said anything..

not sure what year your car is, but if you install pipes with out cat's, the car is concidered an off road car, meaning circle tracks, 1/4 mile tracks etc..........as long as the car doesnt' have any warranty left, you will be fine at the dealer's.......it also is not illegal for you to install catless pipes, but it is against the law for an exhaust shop to remove your cat's..........just my experience hotwheels of turborides

Removed my cats and never had any issues with the dealer even under warranty. Best bet is to go in ask them before hand...that's what i did. Most cops won't bother to look under the car for cats so don't sweat that either.
