Default Should I buy this mustang?

I have the opportunity to buy a 1995 gt coupe from my work for $3600. It has 101k miles and there is minor oxidation on the front bumper. When the mechanic put it on the lift there was minor oil leaking from what he said was the oil feed line area. It's not dripping or anything so it's not leaking too bad. I checked the dipstick and it was even with the full line and he also said the shocks were worn. Also, at idle there seems to be a faint whine coming from the fuel pump. Other than these problems the engine sounds healthy and it runs and drives strong.
Does this sound like an okay deal and what other things should I look out for on this car?
thanks

Sounds like a fair price to me. Does it have the options you want? Color? Have you ran a Carfax report on it? Carfax can tell you if its been wrecked before and how bad.

Buy it.

I'm paying more than that for a 00 V6. With 118k on it.

If your looking to mod the car to go fast, your better off with a fox body. Sn95 mustangs are very heavy and are significantly slower. I would never buy one. But if your not concerned about going very fast, and/or have lots of cash if you want to go fast later, then its a fair price. Hope its a manual?

Thanks for your opinions guys. It is a rio red 5 speed with black leather and the carfax showed no wrecks. But, yeah i ended up buying the mustang two weeks ago and in that time i've installed a new radiator, new headlights and corners, a mach1 lip, a flowmaster catback, buffed most of the bumper oxidation out, and my tokico shocks and eibach springs are in the garage waiting to be installed. I'm thinking about getting 3.73s pretty soon.
what other mods do you guys recommend?
thanks for the help

Sweet.. how bout some pics? Some AFR 165s would wake that baby up. Maybe a compression test to see how well the bottom end is with over 100k on it. I've always heard a head, cam, intake combo that compliment each other is the way to go. Those 5.0s can make alot of NA power done right.
