Default Rotary engine in a Mustang?

I was just wondering if you can drop a rotary engine into a Mustang and whether or not it would be worth it.

Why would you want to? I'm sure you could do it, but it would take some modifications other than just the motor. I have owned 2 RX-7s in the past, fun cars, but rotaries are somewhat unreliable, and expensive to repair.

A thing called Power-to-Weight. How much does an RX-7 weigh compared to what a Mustang weighs? The rotory could act totally different in a Mustang. Does a Rotory have torgue or is it all rpm?

I've seen some scream'n RX-7, but at what cost $$$$$. That reminds me, I was checking out an RX-7 with an electric motor on the web. Damn thing was pulling 9's 1/4 miles
