HI i own a 1989 Ford Mustang Gt and im having major fuel pump problems for the third time could you reffer to me a aftermarket fuel pump rather than stock.

TWO fuel pumps have failed? Sounds like a more sinister problem than stock vs. aftermarket pump.

What else is going on? Is this a stock GT? When was the last time the fuel filter...fuel lines were checked/replaced?

Also, when (if ever) has the tank been dropped off the car and inspected on the inside for debris?

Replacing yet another pump prolly won't fix your dilemma
