Default A/C Problem

I'm having a problem with my AC. When I'm driving, it works fine, but when I come to a stop, like at a light, the AC still blows but it's not cold. I'm thinking it's either the fan or one of the sensors. I'm not sure how to check the sensors though. How do you? Also, is there any way to get the fan to kick in besides waiting for the car to get hot enough? Right now it's kinda cool outside and I don't think it will kick in.

Any thought or input would be appreciated. Thanks

you have a relay that's suppose to keep the fan running constantly with the a/c on. also with the a/c on your rpm's at idle should be raised slightly to keep the compressor running faster. i am of no help when it comes to locating this relay, never worked on a sn95, time to bust out the haynes or chilton manual
