Question Going from a 5.0 to a 5.8

Hello mustang lovers I have a question. I have a 90 LX mustang with a 5.0 automatic transmission the miles at this time is 147k. What i Have is a 351w that has been passed down about 4 times. The man who built this motor for his stang has now passed on. But for the rest of the people who had this motor they dont know much about it. What a perdicument All i do know is this motor has about 10k miles and produces about 475 poneys. my main question is will my 5.0 intake and plenium work on a 351w.

There is a difference between the intakes. The 351 lower intake is taller than the 302. You are staying with the fuel injection? I would look for gt40 intake off a bronco (about 90-91 on).

The 351 lower is wider too the 302 will not bolt on due to the taller deck hieght.
