Default Fuel Problem

I have a 1993 Mustang LX 2.3 ENG. I'm having problems with starting my car. But usually when I turn the ignition switch on, I can hear the fuel pump working. And now i dont. Or could it be the Fuel pump relay switch, if so, where is is located at?

the relay is usually behind the panel in the trunk/hatch section on the drivers side...........i would say it's your fuel pump.

There are other threads discussing this type of problem problem. I am also having the same type of problem.

From what I've read there is no single fuel pump relay, rather, a Constant Control Relay Module (under the hood on the passengers side, I believe). I have not fixed my problem yet--it's intermittent--but I am working on it. Also, the Inertia Fuel Shutoff Switch is what is located in the hatch.

Try checking the voltage to the pump first, it should be 12.x volts. If you are getting that, then it's your pump. Don't just assume it's your pump (like I did), they're expensive.
