Default Exhaust Dumps (turndowns)

Was wondering what effect this will have on sound? Will it be louder outside or just inside the car?

Both, the only downfall is you will kick up a lot of dust on dirty roads. Sometimes if I'm in a drive thru or something I can smell exhaust. I don' have to worry about scraping the tips anymore.

I love the sound they make. They sound better both inside and outside the car. if you are looking at the tail of my car each tip is at a is pointing towards the closest tire. Each tip creates a 45* angle with the ground. As far as kicking up dust, my parents live on a gravel road and I can sit on it at idle and no dust is kicked up , as far as I can tell. If i rev it up yes it does throw dust. I think they are worth it,.

I use to wake-up my neighbors with mine. I thought they would be mad because it was about 5:30 am but they said that I was there alarm clock. The cops do notice you too because they are louder so becareful with that loud pedel.

Carefull with those.
In most states they are illegal on street driven cars.
And you still need to pass an inspection now and then.
Unless you know someone

I know where I live i do not have to worry about emissions. My dumps come out right before the back axles. Which places them behind the passenger compartment. If dumps are installed some states mandate that they dump after the passenger compartment.

Dumps are ok if you want the inside of your car to smell like exhaust and the underside to be covered with soot.

The inside of my car does not smell like exhaust, smells like a clean kept car. As far as being covered in soot, well there is a little residue on the back axle but thats it. You have to know how to do it to keep from achieving those two after effects

well of course your gonna get fumes in your cabin. if you dont i dont know how you did it, b/c if my windows are down you definately smell fumes(maybe its b/c im running super rich right now). and as far as residue on the bottom, never had a problem with it just how he said as long as you know how to do it you wont have a problem, and in florida their are no emissions thank god.
