Rear End Noise

I just bought a 98 GT and have a noise that I thought was a rubbing brake pad in the rear, changed pads still have the noise. Could this be wheel bearings?

could be, is it a howling or kind of a grinding sound? If it is howling, more then likely the rear gear's, if it is like a grinding sound, bearing..........good luck friend, hotwheels of insanemustangs.com

i would have to agree with wy-hotwheel.
but you should have it checked before the problem does more damage and cost you more to fix.
