I need a 351W for my fox.

Ok I'm sure this has been asked before. But here I go What 351 W blocks are good for a stroker? I have heard 83-87. Some say 69-74. I want hard facts. If anyone can show me the golden path to the 351 W gods i would love to see it. Or if you might have any clue as to what years are good please let me know. I have a chance to buy a 91 351W It is in a van. So I don't know if this would be a good foundation or not. Thanx for any help.

I would get one from an explorer so that it's a roller cam . Other than that the 69 block is said to be the strongest .
