Default 302 roller motor?

Ok, excuse my ignorance but what is a "roller motor"? I'm looking at a 1966 Mustang and it has a rebuilt 302 roller motor and new T5 transmission.

Roller is referring to the camshaft . It has a hydraulic roller lifter cam in it . That's a good thing
