Screeching noise from clutch

I have a 95 Mustang GT. When I start the car cold, it makes screeching noises when I push in the clutch. After driving for several minutes, the screeching noise goes away, but always returns after the car has been cold for a while. Any suggestions? Is it time for a new clutch?

I have the same problem. Does it happen after accelerating hard in first or second gear? The squeeking is from your throwout berring, usually replaced when you change your clutch.
