Did u put the dielectric grease on the back of the module when u replaced it?
When it does not start have u checked for missing spark or fuel?

well if you have fuel and spark and compression then it should start up ideally.

What is the exact fuel pressure when you checked it? Also are you checking all of this when it doesnt start?

Also have you checked for the proper spark? You need to see if you have enough voltage to fire the plugs. They make spark testers that will test spark and see if the proper amount of voltage makes it to the plug. usually it is 20,000 volts or more.

Its also possible that you have a faulty coil. the secondary resitance when cold may be just at specs and once warm may be out of specs and when you turn the car off, it wont start?
