So Everytime I Stop At A Red Light With My Car In Drive And My Foot On The Brake After About A Minute My Car Violently Shakes And Stalls. It Starts Right Back Up, But You Can See My Frustration . I Have Discovered That If I PUt It In Neutral Its Fine But That Is Also Really Annoying. I Know I Have To Take It To A Mechanic Either Way But I Dont Have The Money For That Right Now. Can Anyone Tell Me What Wrong With My Car And Put My Mind At Ease?

Pull your TCC fuse and see if the problem goes away. Sounds like you may have a torque converter clutch that stays engaged. I also think that is the problem because you said once you put it in neutral, the engine stays running.
