Default Wireless tuners...?

I'll be investing in a tuner soon and I'd like to get one that I can run from an iPad or Android tablet. I do not want to lose functionality just to get it on a tablet though.

Any thoughts and/or suggestions? I was looking at the ones sold by SCT at present....

I was hoping to get some opinions on the SCT units though. For example, can the itsx do everything that the more traditional ones can do or are there certain functions you can only get on the others? How well do the wireless units work, any headaches, etc? Just looking for some folks who actually use them that might have some thoughts about whether they're worth the bucks....
