Need Help for my new navigation item

Hello guys, I just got the new navigation system for my car. Actually is not for mustang. I would like to know how can I connect the iPhone to Ford C MAX DVD GPS. Much better if you have a demo or a short video. Can someone
help me? Also, I don't know if it's a good quality..

This is the sample image

Thank you in advance!
