I have a 89 5.0 lx with a bored to 306 with a small cam not sure what size, full cat back and bbk cold air intake. How much horsepower am I making?

Thats just guessing. my guess would be:

306 cui vs. 302 cui: +2HP (if CR is a lot higher than stock +10HP)
Cam: OEM style: +2HP, if 1 step above stock +10HP
Cat back: +5HP
CAI: +10HP

So my guess would be anywhere between 19HP-35HP over stock.
Do a dyno tune. You will find some extra HP and you also know how much the car puts down.
