Alphabet soup (5.0 cams) ?

Could someone please refresh me on which cams work best for stock, mild and wild regarding Ford E, B, X, and others I don't know about cams? Used to be up on this but have been out of pushrods for years until last night. Thanks in advance.

B is .480 lift 224 dur 107 LSA

E is .498 lift 220 dur 110 LSA

F is 512 lift 226 dur 109LSA

X is .542 lift 224 dur 107LSA

Z (new!) is .552lift 228dur 107LSA

I DO NOT like the E or B. The F ususally puts a good whoppin on either of them, and the X and Z work very well with more than 302ci (really big otherwise)
