Was wondering about the cold air intakes everyone installs on their mustangs. Does it have any improvement? Such as gas power? That sort of thing. And which one is suggested to install? And the big question of this: Does it void the factory warranty?

Welcome. Do a search on CAI on this website and you will find many different threads. From what I know it won't affect warranty unless warranty work is due to the CAI install. On the 05/06 you will probably need a custom tune which entails reflash of the computer. Take it in to the dealer for say the radio not working they can't say it was caused by the CAI install and void the warranty. Federal law protects us from that.

As far as performenace goes mine dyno'd at 258 RWHP stock and 271 RWHP with the CAI and tune for 87 octane only. More can be had with a premium only tune.
