Default Helpful advice needed for new 65' Stang owner

Hellos ...well ill start by saying that im a noob to owning a stang I bought one about 2 years ago with hopes of Fixing it up as a daily driver. The guy I bought it from is a body shop owner so he knew exactly what to say and what not to. The car over all is in good condition pretty straight body minor surface rust. It runs well although the breaks pull to the side a bit. Now the problem that I have I am told is a pretty common curse among classic mustangs, behind the glove box is a rather big rust hole in the cowl area and leaks onto the floor boards (which despite all of that seems to be in pretty good condition thus far). What I was wondering is about how much (worse case scenario) it would cost to fix this problem. I love the car and dont want to part with it but if the cost is too great i may have to. So I was just wondering if anyone has had this same problem and if they can tell me about how much they had to pay to get it fixed.

Any input is helpful
~Thanks~
