Default Car troubles please help...

My '95 mustang has a jerky acceleration when it warms up and car shakes when I'm sitting at red light. When I start the car it runs ok but it gets worse when the car warms up. I replaced spark plugs, put in injector cleaner into gas but that didn't help. Does anybody have any ideas?

Thanks

Take it to Autozone or your fav parts chain. They will pull the codes for free. This is the first step to diagnosis your problem.

there is no check engine light on so there won't be any codes.

That's not true. The engine can generate trouble codes without turning on the CEL, it just depends on what exactly is wrong.
