How well do Trick Flow Kits with heads and cam work?

how well do thoughs trick flow kits work you can get from summit work they have like heads cam .... has any 1 used 1 they say they give u 350 horse power but is it a good bang for the buck ?

Trickflow kits are a great bang for the buck, go 4 it. But dont expect 350 out of the box, more like 300hp.

Trick Flow is good stuff, if you can find a good deal then jump on it.
