Question Anyone know the electric choke voltage for 1985 GT 4bbl?
Anybody know if the electric choke on a 85GT with holley 4bbl uses 12 volts from ign switch or 7 volts from alternator stator (center tap) like older fords?

I want to use this choke cap to convert a 70 mach 1 to electric choke....

Haynes wiring diagram shows connection to alt stator but I would like to verify with factory wiring diagram since Haynes covers so many years.
