hi
just got the stang out of storrage and she won't go in gear
she seems to try if the engine is raced
fluids seem ok at the dip stick
any ideas??

Several:
1) Pull the pan, make sure the filter isnt plugged up and that there is no sludge in the bottom from sitting.

2) Pull a line at the radiator assuming you have those trans lines. If it isnt leaking a LOT of fluid when you start the engine then it is possible the front pump has failed.

3) Check for a broken flexplate and broken/missing convert>flexplate bolts.

4) Why was the car parked? Maybe something was wrong causing it to be parked?
