Default 5.0 carb intake manifold

hi im think of getting a new intake fo my 1987 5.0 roller right now i have edelbrock fb intake with a holley street avenger 670 was thinking a rpm or the parker funnel web intake 302 but still open to ideas

Why don't you get a dual-quad?

You actually have two choices:

Summit Racing sells the Edelbrock #2085 (Edelbrock intake, Edelbrock 500cfm carbs, and Edelbrock linkage) for as little as $1200

Carl's Ford Parts (Blue thunder intake, Holley 390cfm carbs, blue thunder linkage) for about $1500.

If you go single carb, i would recommend a QuickFuel carb of appropriate size (650cfm?).

Are you gonna put a bigger cam in the car?
