Then you are left with only a few possibilities:
1) The clutch isnt broken in. Some high performance clutches will chatter and do odd things until broken in. You might call Zoom and ask for specific break in periods for your model clutch.
2) Improper break in/getting on it/slipping it too early in its life. This results in outgassing of the bonding material and glazes the disc causing the problem you have. Solution is to (try) pretending the clutch is new and doing the break in all over. Sometimes you will get lucky and it will smooth out, other times you are looking at doing the job again.
3) Disc/Pressure plate/flywheel contamination. If too much grease was applied it can fling off under high RPM conditions, resulting in contamination. Can also happen if the disc didnt get all the way degreased after being bolted up. (Rare is a disc that doesnt somehow get some grease on it while working.)
4) Maybe something went wrong with the machining, in which case you would be doing the job again.
